Creating a brand for Gunawidjaya Property which is a property developer that provides affordable high quality housings

CHALLENGES

Starting off with a housing development, it is Gunawidjaya’s Property aim to expand from low-rise residential to high-rise and eventually into a superblock. We were tasked with the needs of having a strong brand that can communicate the quality of the housing offered. The brand should also be able to compete with other large property developers in the future.

RESULT

Gunawidjaya Property believes in communication (listening to what the customers want and applying it to the housings), balance (making sure that high quality standards of the housings are still affordable) and harmony (creating a harmonious living area perfect for families). The logo is based off the letter G and the shape of a hexagon. The shape of the hexagon speaks of communication, balance and harmony. It also symbolizes a great and stable structure, making it the strongest shape found naturally in nature.
